At Town Parts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new wardrobe additions, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, we are here to help you find the right style or process a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn clothing with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box to ensure the garments remain in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed within 5-7 business days.
